moving over Tuvalu.

Forecast to midnight tonight for Tuvalu:
Over land: Moderate to fresh west to southwest winds, becoming strong
from later today.
Over waters: West to southwest winds, 20 to 25 knots, gusting upto 35
knots in squalls.
Periods of rain, heavy at times and squally thunderstorms.
Rough to very rough seas.
