Situation:
The Inter Tropical Convergence Zone [ITCZ] lies slow moving to the
north of Western Kiribati and extends east over Northern Line
Islands. Meanwhile, another convergence zone lies over Western
Kiribati.

Forecast to midnight tonight for Kiribati
Moderate northeasterly winds, fresh and gusty at times. Moderate
seas, rough in squalls.
For Western Kiribati:  Occasional rain and few thunderstorms.
For Phoenix Islands: Rain, heavy at times and squally thunderstorms.
For Northern Line Islands: Cloudy with occasional rain and few
thunderstorms.
For Southern Line Islands: Cloudy with few showers. 
Further outlook:    Western Kiribati: Some rain.
Phoenix Islands: Further rain.
Northern Line Islands: Some rain. 
Southern Line Islands: Some showers

For Tarawa:
